KCC Farmers Market 0730 Saturday, recommend getting there at 0730 to get parking and avoid the heat.

Hike to Makapuʻu Point Lighthouse. 2.5 miles round trip. Amazing view up the windward coast of Oahu.

Hike up KoKo Head. Although it is only 0.9 miles, it is challenging. You will be rewarded with a 360 degree view.

​

Snorkel at Shark's Cove on the North Shore. Park your car and rent your gear from the shop across from Shark's Cove (not in Haleiwa!). Food trucks in the parking lot are good.

​

Hike and tour Diamond Head. Take walk back to Waikiki along the ocean.

​

Visit Pearl Harbour and the Missouri Battleship.

Kailua Beach is beautiful, but Bellows AF Station beach is like stepping back in time. Two miles of white sand and no development except for the base. Cabins are available for rent.

One of our first stops on the way from the airport on the way to Waikiki is Nico's. The poke in the store before you enter the restaurant is fresh, never frozen. Food portions are generous and often there is live music.
